• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations WILL NOT be accepted by telephone. Cancellations MUST be received via email to kathryn@cccn.ca.
  • Full refund will be made for cancellations received on or before 12:00 Noon, May 1, 2025
  • 50% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before 12:00 Noon on May 15, 2025
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after 12:00 Noon, May 15, 2025.

Please note: CCCN takes photographs at CCCN events and conferences. Photographs from these events may be included in our Journal, in social media posts and on our website. By participating in the CCCN events you grant CCCN the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.
