CCCN Annual Spring Conference
Update Your Nursing Toolkit
May 26 & 27
Join us in Quebec City, QC where CCCN will be holding its Annual Spring Conference. This conference will be delivered In-Person with some of the sessions being broadcast virtually at the same time. If you are unable to join us in-person, you can select the option to purchase an online registration and join your colleagues in a very interesting program.
There is also a planned networking/social gathering on May 26th which will be held at Le Monastère des Augustines (www.monastere.ca). It is located in the historic wings of the Hôtel-Dieu de Québec monastery, from which emerged the first hospital on the continent north of Mexico. The museological experience merges with the place, rich of nearly four centuries of history. Tracing the evolution of the spiritual and social engagement of the Augustinian Sisters of Quebec through the ages, the permanent exhibition offers a unique glimpse into the past. Discover the community’s way of life, their work caring for the sick, and how they balanced their traditional vocations for action and contemplation.
Throughout the rooms, you will find selected objects from the 50,000 artifacts drawn from the Augustinian Sisters’ 12 monastery hospitals. They form a powerful composite picture that brings the exhibition’s themes to life and that offers a provocative commentary on society’s past, present and future.
Hors d'oeuvres and a beverage is included with your tickets.
The Program will be available in early 2023 with more details on each session provided once finalized.
We look forward to seeing you in Quebec City!
