TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Council of Cardiovascular Nurses (CCCN) will be held on Friday, May 29, 2025, 12:40 pm at the Park Town Hote, 924 Spadina Crescent East Saskatoon, SK S7K 3H5 to conduct the following business:
- To receive the financial statements and the auditor’s report for the year ended December 31, 2025.
- To appoint the auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2025.
- To elect the Board of Directors.
- To receive the Annual Report
- To approve changes to the Bylaws

If you are unable to attend in person, you will be able to provide your voice in CCCN’s governance process by completing a proxy and submitting it to the office ahead of the Annual General meeting.
A completed and signed proxy form can be forwarded to the National Office by mail or via email to david@cccn.ca until 17:00 Eastern Time on May 28, 2025. The Proxy Form is available for download from the above referenced page.
