In our new spin-off series, Young Careers with Heart, moderator Laura Runcie, RN, MSN, CCN(C) leads conversations with nurses who are new to the cardiovascular field. Together, they’ll explore early career ups and downs, what the transition into cardiovascular nursing really feels like, and what we can learn while those experiences are still fresh. We’ll talk about the things that helped, the things that didn’t, the challenges, the unexpected moments, and all those “firsts” that come with starting a career in cardiac care.
