Jenny Milne is the Community Engagement Manager at the HeartLife Foundation and a passionate advocate for patient-centred cardiovascular care. Diagnosed with advanced heart failure in her early twenties and now thriving following life-saving heart surgery, Jenny brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Through advocacy, education, and storytelling, she works to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and people living with cardiovascular disease, helping to foster meaningful partnerships that improve outcomes and empower patients to take an active role in their care.
