The CCCN Board and staff participated in a strategic planning session that was held in conjunction with the Board Meeting in May of 2015.
The session was facilitated by Nancy Barrett, CAE of Association Management Consulting and Evaluation Services (AMCES).
The following report reflects the discussions that took place in both the larger group and within the smaller “working groups”.
